Women's Retreat 2018
March 2nd-4th at Christ the King Retreat House
"Pinned, Posted and Published: Finding Complete Joy in Your Story" facilitated by Meg Castellini
It’s no secret that we love to tell our story. Whether by word of mouth or through our fingertips on the keyboard, we create connections with others through our stories. Discover the complete joy found in your life as it relates to His-story and their stories. Picture yourself in this conversation as we learn more about our individual giftedness and how we each fit into the greatest story ever told.
The retreat will begin with registration on Friday, March 2nd at 5:00 pm and conclude by 12:00 noon on Sunday, March 4th. The cost of the retreat is $175 (financial scholarship is available) and it includes private accommodations for two nights and 5 delicious meals. Register by calling the Parish Office or complete the form below. If you’ve never experienced a retreat with the St. Augustine’s women, maybe this is the year God is calling you!
Monica’s Circle – Monthly Mini Retreat for Women
Monica’s Circle brings women of all ages together, nourishing them spiritually and deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ, while sharing in faith and friendship with other women of the parish. Our monthly mini-retreats will combine faith, food and laughter; we’ll encourage and support one another as we grow in our faith journey while having some fun! Bring a friend and/or a drink/snack to pass, and “...fan into flame the gift of God that is in you.” (2 Timothy 1:6)

How do I become Catholic?
Are you coming to believe in Jesus Christ and his great love for you, and are wanting to find a home in which to live out your new found joy and belief? Have you been hungering for more in life, and are attracted to the Catholic faith? Are you full of questions about life, God and Catholic belief, and want to explore further?
Your first step – tell someone! The journey to becoming Catholic is flexible, and highly personalized. You can begin by speaking to Debbie Krisher in the parish office or Fr. Tom, the pastor. Meeting with them is not a commitment; it’s the start of the journey. Our Church will assist you in exploring and deepening your understanding of the Catholic faith and how it is lived out, but there is no pressure on you to join. Contact Debbie Krisher at (315) 638-0585 or email@example.com.
